Relevant Research topics: constituent power, sovereignty, violence, freedom, popular struggles, constitutional theory, radical democracy, democratic transition. I’m working for my dissertation project on revolution in the context of decolonization and political violence (especially in the thought of Hannah Arendt, Frantz Fanon, and M. K. Gandhi) and the Arab Uprisings (especially Egypt).
